We’ll need at least one parent from each family to please attend and it should last no longer than 45-60 minutes. She will then require a non-refundable deposit of £25 per person (no deposit required for players) by Sunday September 5th 2010 with the final balance being due 10 weeks before the tournament. At the point where you pay your deposit, Debbie will also need to know your first choice and second choice of accommodation. The sooner we send our money and preferences, the more chance of getting our first choice - we all got our first choice this year!
If you have spoken to those that went this year, you will know how we all had a fantastic time! The half board option is highly recommended with the quality and option of food available being excellent.

Hall Green Gala Winners - U9s
The U9s made it six gala wins for the season in their last competition in 2009/10. Playing in a league format the U9s Pumas were again unbeaten winning three games and drawing their last game to take top-spot. Well done guys - another great performance. Overall, a great season for the U9s - well done to all players, you all played your part. Have a well earned-rest and enjoy the summer.
Ossett Town Gala Winners
Well done to ALL of the u10s teams in the gala yesterday. First the Panthers who made it through to the World Cup quarter finals; the Tigers who were knocked out of the FA Cup quarter final by Ossett Pumas; the Jaguars who valiantly went out to Ossett Pumas in a semi-final penalty shoot-out; and finally to Ossett Pumas who won the FA Cup Final on penalties against Norristhorpe B. Well done everyone.
Kippax Gala Winners - U9s
The U9s Pumas did it again with another gala win, this time at Kippax. Town started brightly winning their first three games - 1 v 0 against Rothwell Town Blues with Spencer getting the solitary goal; 2 v 0 against Rothwell Town Reds with Spencer on the scoresheet again and a wonder free-kick from Fishman; the third group game was again 1 v 0 with Spencer getting the goal against Garforth Blues. In the fourth group game, and with Ossett already through, Town took their foot off the gas and went down to a 2 v 1 defeat to Garforth Reds with Town's goal courtesy of Dickinson-Brown following a corner. In the semi-final, Town were up against Ferry Fryston and won comfortably with a 2 v 0 win, both goals coming from Spencer. In the final, Town faced Garforth Reds for the second time in a day, but this time took control of the game from the off. The winning goal came from an excellent piece of skill and determination from Oliver Dickinson-Brown, beating three players before blasting the ball past the keeper. The game ended 1 v 0 and Ossett Town were worthy champions against a good Garforth team. Hardy was his usual confident self in goals; the defence of Boden and McDaid were immense today; the hard-working Oliver-Dickinson, Matty Rogers and Max Wilson never stopped running in the midfield roles, and the trusted feet of Spencer and Fishman meant Town scored some excellent goals. The Panthers narrowly missed out on a place in the semi-finals by one point. Well done guys.
Cumberworth Gala Winners - U9s
The U9s Pumas made it two gala wins in two days after winning the Cumberworth Plate. Whilst the Pumas were unbeaten all day, it took two penalty shoot-outs to secure the win. In the semi-final, a 0 v 0 draw was enough to get to a penalty shoot-out which Town won 3 v 2. In the final Town were losing 1 v 0 to Linthwaite A and looked to be taking runners-up spot when Matty Rogers equalised with a sublime pass into the net with the last kick of he game. The penalty shoot-out went to sudden-death with Town coming out winners at the end of the day 5 v 4. Special mention also goes to to Matty Rogers who got his 100th goal for Town today as part of a six-goal haul. The Panthers narrowly missed the knock-out stage after a battling performance losing out on goal difference - well done guys.
Howden Clough Gala Winners - U9s
The U9s took the champions spot in the Howden Clough gala after beating Saville Town in the final after penalties. Ossett Town Pumas had a great day not conceding a goal in open play all day and confidently scoring their four penalties in the final shoot-out. Goalkeeper Harry Hardy saved one penalty and Saville Town missed the other for Ossett to take the gala winners trophy, winning 4 v 1 on penalties after a tense 0 v 0 draw.
Gildersome Gala Runners Up - U9s
Town were edged into the runners up spot following another closely contested final which saw Gildersome Spurs beat Ossett Town U9s Pumas 1 v 0. Ossett Town U9s Panthers also had a great day reaching the semi-finals.
Rastrick Gala Champions - U9s
The U9s took the champions trophy in the 2010 Rastrick Gala - well done guys.
