2010/11 Awards:

Team of the Year – Ossett Town U9s for being Champions of the Garforth League and Champions of the Huddersfield League plus winning the Garforth League Cup

Most Improved Team – U10s for their overall development this season demonstrated by finishing runners up in the Huddersfield League Cup, runners up in Garforth League Division 2 and getting fifth place in both Huddersfield League divisions they
played in.

Highest Goal Scorer 11-a-side –Sam Pashley (U15s Reds) with 37 goals

Highest Goal Scorer (U6s to U10s)– Shared between Oli Spencer (U10s) with 86 goals (all goals in all games) and Billy Pert (U9s) with 59 goals (league and cup goals only).

Club Award – Ella Walker in her last season with Ossett Town Juniors before she moves to find “ladies football”.  Ella has not faltered in her attendance, enthusiasm, hard work or contribution to the age group all season

Special Achievement Award – Chris Harrison for his obvious devotion, commitment, high energy and support he gives to all the kids in his U11s.  It’s an impossible job to keep all parents happy but I don’t think I’ve seen any of the kids who don’t first and foremost enjoy being part of his team… huge part of that is down to Chris.

 

2009/10 Awards:

Team of the Year: Ossett Town U15s recognising overall improvement and winning Invitation Cup Final against league winners Hemsworth Terriers

Most Improved Team: Ossett Town U10s finishing joint-top of Garforth League Division

Highest Goal Scorer 11-a-side: Mo Sidat (U14s B)  and Sam Pashley (U14s B) with 90 goals each

Highest Goal Scorer Mini-Soccer: Oliver Spencer (U9s) with 76 Goals

Club Award: Josh Pamment, U12s following recovery of broken leg and successful return to the U12s this season

Special Achievement Award: U14s B for scoring a record 289 goals and losing only once in the league

 

2008/9 Awards:

Team of the Year: U13s for being runners up in the Millennium Cup and being champions of Division 2 in the Huddersfield League

Most Improved Team: Ossett Town U12s for significant improvement in performances over last two years

Highest Goal Scorer 11-a-side: Joe Turfrey (U13s) with 65 goals

Highest Goal Scorer Mini-Soccer: Lewis Stephens (U7s) with 59 Goals

Club Award: Luke Furniss for professional conduct in adversity
